Strategy, art direction and UI for crucial app (iOS and Android) and campaign components for FordPass, The Ford Motor Company's global mobility platform. The FordPass ecosystem extends from dealership, to ownership and beyond, with mobility and loyalty elements that tie the brand to experiences outside of traditional buying and driving. Leveraging in-vehicle systems required extensive partnerships and knowledge transfer between product developers, business analysts, researchers, user experience experts, and software developers. Creation of a far-reaching customer loyalty program known as FordPerks meant forging relationships with the business and helping ideate partnership ideas and assist in pitching partnerships with other global brands in the mobility space.
